We consistently repeat the course. If you purchased membership there is no limit to the number of times you can retake a single class. You can even retake the entire course if you find that you need to get back into a meal prep routine. Check the events area to find a class date that works best for you and simply RSVP.

The course is 5- weeks long. It is held every Sunday for 2 hours.

Sorry, Membership is annual. This allows us to offer you more flexibility with course schedules and the option to retake classes as long as you are a member in good-standing.

As a member you should see at least seven pre-made collections of meal plans with recipes. We have also provided you with pre-made templates that you can use to structure your plans the way you would like to see them.

We are constantly testing recipes and creating new plans. We add pre-made collections of meal plans on a continual basis. It is a good idea to check your option to add pre-made collections and watch your email for announcements of new plans.

Meal Prep Made provides more than recipes, it offers free education, assistance and other services to its members that are not provided by free sites. Unlike blog sites, Meal Prep Made opts to save its members from annoying ads and pop ups. These ads are how free sites make money. That is why they are willing to show you ads to make money from its advertisers.

As a member you have access to the course catalogue. This can be found once you are logged in. Locate the member menu on the right side of your screen. We have provided several “how to” videos for the meal planning tools.

While some of the same content is shared, the 5-Step live courses contain much more interactivity especially when you and the others are preparing food together.

Only one person/device at a time may be logged into Meal Prep Made’s member portal.

Memberships are good for 12 months and are renewed each year.
