- 1 Cup Pre-cooked Chicken
- 1 Cup Lettuce
- 1 Ounces Blue Cheese
- 1 EggLife Wrap
- 1.5 Tbsp Homemade Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Start with the EggLife Wraps
- Place one wrap on a flat surface
- Add your lettuce, chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese
- Roll the wrap into a cigar shape
- Cut the wrap in half
