1. The Complete Menu

The Complete Menu will have you and your guests preparing three meals that consist of:  one dinner, one lunch, and one breakfast. This is the most balanced option for a true meal prep experience. You and your guests will end the party with one entire full day of meals prepared for yourselves and or your families. 

Stuffed Zucchini

(Italian or Mexican Option)
Zucchini boats are everywhere but what we love about this dish is its Italian flavors. The spice of the Italian sausage and the tang of the tomato are woven into each other like a blanket.Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano, it's bellissima! Or you can take it in a direction south of the border and spice it with black, bean, salsa and cotija cheese

Egg Roll Stir Fry

(Pork or Chicken Option)
This stir fry is one of our favorite go to meal prep meals. It comes together quickly and is packed with flavor. The cabbage added at the end add a bit of crunch. It offers all the flavors of an egg roll without the wrapper

Freezer Oatmeal Cups

Freezer oatmeal is the tasty and packed with fiber and nutrients. We start with a great flavor then add our favorite topping of dry nuts, dry fruits, and seeds.

2. Vegan/Vegetarian Complete Menu

The Vegan/Vegetarian Complete Menu will have you and your guests preparing three meals that consist of:  one dinner, one lunch, and one breakfast. This is the most balanced option for a true meal prep experience. You and your guests will end the party with one entire full day of meals prepared for yourselves and or your families. 

Carrot Ginger Soup

Buttery and rich this carrot soup is flavorful and hearty. The ginger adds a depth of flavor that keeps you interested in having another mouthful. This soup can be made V or VE

Eggplant Caprese

Roasted eggplant slices and roasted tomatoes are a match made in heaven. Add in roasted garlic, fresh basil, and some fresh cheese of your choice and your taste buds will sing like an angel. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic for an even higher flavor. This dish can be made V or VE

Maple Syrup Quinoa w Apple

This breakfast combines all the goodness of an ancient grain with pure maple syrup. It is both healthy and satisfying. A great alternative to oatmeal. VE

3. Lunch or Dinner Menu

When you opt for the “2-Dinner 1-Lunch Menu”, you and your guests will feel assured that you have your week under control.
You will have a healthy homemade meal for dinner for the next couple of nights and have a lunch item to carry to work or enjoy at home. 

Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

Ground chicken and cannellini beans are the vessels for this flavorful bowl of goodness. This dish is fantastic and full of garlic. Not only flavorful but healthy too. The greens take first place in this dish and the chicken becomes the accent

Korean Beef w Vegetables

Packed with Asian flavors.. This meal will be one you will want to have on a regular basis. The ginger, and garlic play on the sweet and salty notes of the sauce. The lightly sauteed vegetables accompany the beef perfectly..

Grilled Chicken Mason Jar Salad

The crunch of the fresh green vegetables is perfectly contrasted with the tender char grilled chicken. Serve with honey mustard or balsamic dressing and you have a winning lunch salad.

4. Only Dinners Menu

The Only Dinners Menu will have you and your guests solve the dilemma of “What’s for dinner?” Together we will  prepare meals for the next three nights. This can be time well spent regardless of what kind of busy week you may have ahead.

Zucchini Lasagna

(Beef, Pork, Chicken or Plant Based Meat Option) We replace half of the pasta noodles with thinly sliced zucchini to make it lighter, more veggie filled lasagna. It is a great option that is satisfying and tasty. Cut leftovers into serving sizes and freeze until you are ready.

Chicken Vegetable Soup

Chicken soup is comforting and when it is this delicious you will want to make this dish every week. The vegetable to meat ratio is perfect for a soup that satisfies and does not leave you feeling bloated.
